3. Does Positive Christians conduct background or criminal checks of it's users?

No, we do not perform background or criminal checks of our users. When you are going through the match making process, you should conduct yourself in the same fashion that you would if you were going to meet someone for the first time at a restaurant or a library or at a social function or any other public facility. Internet dating simply makes it convenient so that you do not have to leave your premises to meet a compatible person. Please, use caution when choosing to give any contact or location information to other users, Positive Christians has no way to know the integrity of any specific member.

4. Should I post a picture or video of myself?

Absolutely, a picture is worth a 1,000 words. User profiles that show photographs get much more exposure than profiles with no photos. Some people will not even consider contacting you until they have seen a picture. A picture just makes good sence. If you are shy or you only want certian people that you choose to see your pictures, then our system allows you to post private pictures that you control with a password. To view these pictures someone must ask your permission, then you can choose to grant permission or not. Just remember, 2 things, (1) your thumbnail picture can not be made private, and (2) please use a different password for your private pictures, then you use to login with.

5. What are some of the rules concerning pictures and other things?

You may post 5 pictures of yourself on our site, one thumbnail and 4 others. Pictures can only contain one person (the member), no children, no group pictures and of course no nudity or nothing too revealing. You must have cloths on, no one topless. Men must have a shirt on. No, white tank tops or t-shirts please. Pictures of pets are allowed and welcomed. This is a Christian website, please dress appropriately. Please look nice for your future spouse.

SUGGESTION: Don’t post pictures of you when you were younger, people what to see, the way you look now, after all the whole point is that they will meet you and find out sooner or later. Once you meet, then you both can reminisce and share about past events.

None of the following are allowed:
· Trying to post contact information such as, instant messenger names, or
· URLs, telephone numbers, street addresses or direct email addresses
· Obscene, sexually explicit or lewd gestures or behavior
· Licensed or copyrighted images
· Photos with celebrities
· No Nudity of course, and nothing too revealing

8. Is Positive Christians a totally free service?

No, and please let us explain why you wouldn’t want it to be. You’ve heard the saying you get what you pay for? A good dating site has expenses, web hosting, the cost for the website code itself, someone to review the profiles as to maintain the sites integrity, and MOST of all advertising. Why is advertising so important, because the more members a site has the better chance you have in finding the love of your life. 11. What is Positive Christians refund policy?

Subscription payments are nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription under any circumstances. You may, however, use any unused subscription service through the end of your subscription period, as long as you are a member in good standing.

Yes, all subscriptions will automatically renew through you Paypal account, you may cancel at anytime and your billing will stop on the next billing cycle.

13. Can I put my subscription on hold?

No. You can place your 'profile' on hold, but not you subscription. You can suspend your 'Active' Status, and place your profile on hold, then later when you wish, you may 're-activate' your Profile. If your profile is in suspended status for 6 months it will be deleted from our database.

14. If I Suspend my membership or Remove my entire profile, will that cancel my Subscription recurring membership charges?

NO. Once you purchase a subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your initial term, then it will renew. Your payment will continue to recur UNTIL you CANCEL your subscription with PAYPAL.

You can Cancel your subscription with us through your Paypal account at anytime, if you do Cancel your subscription it will not renew after the inital term of whichever membership package you signed up for. All payments are handled through the Paypal service. So, even if you click: - unregister me (can not be undone)... and remove your entire account, you must still cancel your subscription within your Paypal account to stop your recurring membership charge. Please Note: No refunds will be given on any unused portion of a subscription membership package.

15. How do I cancel my Subscription recurring membership charge?

Answer: If you decide to cancel your subscription to our service, you will be able to finish out the remainder of the unused subscription period at your option. To clarify, if you subscribed for a 3 month membership and you cancel on day #90, your billing will stop. If you cancel on day #91, your billing will stop at the next billing period, which would be day #180.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the 'History' subtab of the 'My Account' tab. Choose 'Subscriptions' from the pull-down 'Show' menu and press the 'Search' button. Choose this subscription, and click on its 'Status.' You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for your subscription.

Please note: You may need to cancel a scheduled payment at least one day prior to the scheduled date of the next payment. Canceling a Subscription or Recurring Payment on the day of a scheduled payment will not guarantee that the payment will not be sent.

Guests are individuals who have not paid for a subscription, also referred to as Standard members, but they are allowed to enter their profile information, FREE OF CHARGE and they are allowed to view profiles and send virtual Smiles. 21. If I am a Gold, Silver or Promotional Member, am I allowed to contact Standard members?

Yes, you are allowed, but the standard member will not be allowed to read your message until they become a privileged paying member, like yourself. In order to be fair to everyone, we require that both parties are paying privileged members before communication can be established. The Standard member will be able to see, that you have sent them a message or a virtual smile, at this point they can look at you profile and decide if they’d like to become a Gold or Silver privileged member, to be able to read and reply to your curiosity.

23. How do I upload a picture or change my pictures from time to time?

Answer: You can easily upload a picture by downloading or scanning the picture onto your computer. Then follow these instructions:
· Logon to your account using your username and password
· You are allowed to upload 5 images, one of which is the thumbnail image that will appear with your profile. Your thumbnail is used for search results. Your thumbnail can not be made private.
· From the 'manage your photo' interface click on the browse button for the image you wish to upload. Here you may upload, remove and change your pictures.
· The 'choose file' dialog box will appear, Browse your computer and locate the image you wish to upload and click on it.
· You may use .jpg, .gif and .png files for your pictures. There are no limits of size or proportions, because our system will automatically resize your pictures.
· The location for that picture will appear in the 'new picture' box.
· Click 'Upload' and your picture will be uploaded and resized automatically.
· Please remember that uploading pictures to your account will temporarily move your account from 'Active' to the 'Approval' mode. This allows the staff at Positive Christians to verify that the image is suitable for inclusion in the database. This is done for your protection as well as the protection of all our members.

If you have problems uploading your picture(s), you may mail them to us via the U.S. Postal Service and we will be glad to upload them into your profile. Be sure to include: Your full name, your nickname and member ID#.
